What we collect and why

• Your account: when you sign in with Google we receive what Google shares (such as name and e-mail) to create your account and show your orders and wallet.
• BIGO account: the BIGO ID you enter and the public profile the account check returns (name, picture, numeric UID), to show you who receives the diamonds and to deliver them.
• Saved BIGO accounts: signed in, they are stored on your website account (ID, name, picture link, UID) until you remove them; as a guest, only in this browser on this device.
• Orders and payments: order reference, BIGO ID, diamonds, price, payment method, status, times and the payment provider's references. We do not receive card numbers; you pay in the provider's app or page.
• Wallet: balance and transactions.
• Country: detected from your connection's IP address with a database kept on our own server (no request to anyone else); the address is not stored for this. A country you choose yourself is kept in the bd_market cookie for one year.

What is kept in your browser

• A session cookie that keeps you signed in.
• bd_market: the country you chose.
• Local storage: currency display (bd_ccy), USDT network (bd_usdt_net), Whish currency (bd_whish_ccy), last notifications read (bd_ntf_seen), a guest's saved accounts (bd_saved_accounts) and the hidden save question (bd_save_ask_off).

Who we share data with

Payment providers (Whish, Neo, and NOWPayments for USDT) receive what they need to process your payment. The BIGO ID and UID are used to deliver the diamonds. If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's policy applies.
