The service

We sell BIGO LIVE diamonds, sent to the BIGO account whose BIGO ID you enter. Before you pay, we show the account name and picture returned by the account check, the number of diamonds and the price.

A custom amount on the website can be up to 250,000 diamonds per order.

Your responsibilities

• Enter the correct BIGO ID and check the name and picture shown before you pay.
• Use a payment method you are allowed to use.
• Keep your website account and the Google account you sign in with secure.

Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars; local-currency amounts are estimates where shown. The price is calculated on our servers when the order is created, and the payment step shows the amount to pay and its currency.

Card currency and processing fee

In the United Arab Emirates cards are charged in UAE dirhams by default; in every other country in US dollars. You may choose to pay in your country's currency where Stripe supports it; the price is then converted from US dollars at the exchange rate on the day of the order.

Stripe's card processing fee is added to the invoice and shown on its own line before you pay, whichever currency you choose. Your card issuer may add its own fees.

The payment appears on your card statement as BOOSTIGO* BIGODIAMOND.

Payment methods

Our servers check that the method is available to you before an order is accepted.

• Cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay and Google Pay: all countries; processed by Stripe.
• USDT on TRC20, BEP20 and ERC20, and USDC on ERC20 and BEP20: all countries; processed by NOWPayments.
• Wallet (BIGO Diamond balance): all countries, for signed-in customers.
• Whish Money: in Lebanon, or for customers who added it to their account; you pay in the Whish app (USD or LBP).
• Other local wallets (Neo, Sham Cash, CliQ, Zain Cash, Vodafone Cash, InstaPay, STC Pay): coming soon; they cannot be used to pay until they are switched on.

Payment confirmation and delivery

We send the diamonds after the payment provider confirms the payment, to the BIGO ID on the order. Delivery time depends on that confirmation; you can follow the order status on the order page. The system prevents the same order from being delivered twice.
